Has more than 30 years history of production in Italy and 14 years in Ningbo China.

The vision of this factory is to combine the experience acquired in all these years (Italy before and China now) with our western mentality and organization to achieve the final result not only to differ from other suppliers, but most importantly to satisfy our customers!

Over the years, we build up strong relations with our suppliers, starting from yarn vendor through all fabrics and accessory processing till the final stage of production.

Every single production step is strictly followed by us:

• Yarns selection
• Weaving factories
• Dyeing factories
• Washing factories
• All our suppliers are visited and inspected constantly to guarantee the stability of products need to be used in production.
• Our pattern makers are doing a double shrinkage test (by iron and by wash and iron) to provide the best fit.
• All materials (in all production colors) are always tested internally for color fastness.
• All production accessories arrived in factory will be inspected.
• Inspection 100% of bulk fabrics, with detailed report.

Every single fabric defect will be marked, so can be removed when mattress is laid.

All inspected fabrics will be cut at least 36 hours later, to reduce possibility to have a shrink after cut.

• Constantly follow up of our merchandisers with customers for details. No matter about holidays, Customers will always get a prompt reply in a day time.
• Customers can know the actual cut quantity at any time!!
• Weekly report to customer with our WIP, to report the bulk advancement.
• In order to provide constant measurements and fitting, our cutting room never make mattresses over 20 cm height.

• We inspect in line production constantly. Every single procedure is approved before to proceed with production.
• Concerning prints, embroideries, washes, we are always present in those factories to check the quality and production status.
• All panels back from print and/or embroidery factories are 100% inspected. Panels not good will be cut again and sent back to suppliers, so can replenish the bad ones.
• The final inspection phase, is very strictly. No garments with defect can be passed.

We specialize in medium - high Quality Garments, with complicated details, printing, special washes, machine and hand embroidery, beads, sequins, patches.

No matter how much small or big your order is, we can always find the best solution for you.

Having a strong technical room is helping our Customers to stay tuned with market requirements.

We can produce from 60 to 80 garments per week, depending by the complexity of styles (and availability of materials). In the peak season we can reach over 100 garments per week.
